Arvintel Media Productions was established in Los Angeles in 1993 and relocated to Atlanta in 1999. The company specializes in the dubbing of major films, TV series, industrial and educational videos into several languages. Arvintel is associated with the following sound recording studios: JUICE and The Surround Factory (Los Angeles, CA); Creative Sound Concepts (Atlanta, GA.); Suite Sync (Mexico City); Delart Estudios (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil); La Burbuja Sonido and GVCPro (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and Sonoblok (Barcelona, Spain).

Ruben Arvizu, founder and president of Arvintel Media Productions, as well as being a professional voice actor, is one of Hollywood's most renowned dubbing directors with more than 20 years of film dubbing/directing experience worldwide. His roster of clients includes Warner Bros, Disney, Paramount, Columbia and Universal among others. He has also produced and directed English versions of numerous Anime series for clients such as Media Blasters and Enoki Films. He has cast, directed and produced the dubbing of feature films such as "Star Wars Trilogy", "Superman", "Batman", "Star Trek: Insurrection", "The Truman Show", "Breakdown", "Space Jam", "Quest for Camelot", "Pokemon Movie" I and II, "The Iron Giant", "The Power Puff Girls", "Looney Tunes: Back in Action" and many more. These projects have been realized in such diverse places as Mexico, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, Poland and Turkey. Previously, Ruben was Director for Latin America of the Cousteau Society and worked extensively with Jacques Cousteau as film-producer-writer for many of his projects.

Arvintel Media Productions and its partner in Atlanta, Creative Sound Concepts, have also produced the CNN News Center tour into (8) languages and have collaborated on several shorter-format multilingual projects for clients UPS, USA Poultry Council and Kimberly-Clark.
